You are where you are, because you are

Time.  We all have a relationship to it.

Past.
Present.
Future.

That’s how most of us contextualize time.

As logical as that is, there is no past or future, there’s just – now.

You’re not in your past, and you’re not in your future.  You’re in your NOW contemplating your past or anticipating a future, but you’re always doing it in your now. Anything related to time, is only what you’re thinking and saying about it – now.

Think about it – the suffering that people experience is a result of either remembering a past (that they didn’t like and don’t want to repeat) or predicting a future they feel uncertain about and don’t want. I like to refer to this future prediction as “having a nightmare on purpose”. ;)

In either case, it’s something that happened and is already done, or something that might happen, but hasn’t yet.  Both are a use of your now, in such a way that makes it present – not past or future. By virtue of your attention to it in your now, you activate a frequency that’s now a part of what you’re creating.

You can establish a different relationship with time.  You can experience a more powerful now.  You don’t have to drag into your now – past regrets, past perceived “wrongs” or past “what if’s”?

You don’t have to drag into your now – future foretelling filled with shadows of your past or uncertainties about something that hasn’t yet transpired.

Your now is what can reframe your past and pre-pave what’s yet to come.

You’re never anywhere else than where you are.  You are where you are, because you are.

This is where freedom is.
